Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

This Policy has been developed by Russambo LLC (INN 7329022201, address: 8a Dimitrova Ave., office 108, Dimitrovgrad, Ulyanovsk Region; hereinafter the "Operator") in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data. It sets out how personal data is processed and the measures taken to keep the personal data of users of the ros-sambo.ru website secure.

The Operator is entered in the Register of Personal Data Operators under registration number 73-22-004755.

2. Data Processed

Data that users provide themselves by filling in forms on the website:

• Full name
• Contact phone number
• Email address
• Company name, INN (tax ID) for businesses
• Delivery address and region
• Content of the inquiry / order comment

Data collected automatically when the website is used:

• IP address, date and time of access
• Browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution
• Referral source and advertising tags (UTM tags, yclid, gclid)
• Cookies and the anonymous identifier assigned to the visitor
• Information on pages viewed and actions taken on them (see Section 6)

3. Purposes of Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Processing orders and requests submitted on the website
• Contacting the buyer to clarify order details
• Delivery of goods
• Invoicing and accounting operations
• Notifying about order status
• Promoting the Operator's goods, work, and services on the market
• Collecting anonymized traffic statistics and improving the website

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

• The data subject's consent to the processing of their personal data
• Performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, and entering into a contract at the data subject's initiative
• Fulfillment of obligations imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation

5. User Consent

Users give consent to the processing of personal data on their own by ticking the "I consent to the processing of personal data" box before submitting a form. The form cannot be submitted without this box ticked. The content of the consent is set out on the page Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written notice to the Operator at sales@rossambo.ru.

6. Cookies and Web Analytics Systems

The site uses cookies, which are small text files stored in the user's browser. They are necessary for the site to function (saving the contents of the cart, favorites, calculator settings, and logging in to the administrative section) and for collecting visit statistics.

To analyze site traffic, the Operator uses Yandex.Metrica (counter No. 81118921), a service of Yandex LLC whose servers are located in the Russian Federation. The following Yandex.Metrica features are enabled:

• Webvisor: recording of a visitor's actions on a page (cursor movements, scrolling, clicks) to analyze the usability of the site. Recording of input field contents is disabled in the counter settings, so text that users type into forms is not captured.
• Click map and link click tracking: collection of anonymized statistics on which page elements are used.

Users can opt out of data collection by Yandex.Metrica by installing the official browser add-on, or block cookies in their browser settings. Disabling cookies may cause some site features (cart, favorites, calculators) to stop working.

7. Processing Period

Personal data is stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing, but for no more than 5 (five) years from the date consent is given, or until consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first. Once the purposes of processing have been achieved or consent has been withdrawn, the data must be destroyed.

8. Transfer of Data to Third Parties and Place of Processing

Inquiries and orders from the site are transferred to the Bitrix24 customer relationship management system (Bitrix24 LLC, Russian Federation), which processes the data on behalf of the Operator. The site is hosted on the server of a Russian hosting provider. The Operator may also transfer personal data to courier services and payment system operators, strictly to the extent necessary to perform the contract with the user.

Databases containing the personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are located in the territory of the Russian Federation. The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfers of personal data.

9. Protection Measures

The Operator takes technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access: SSL encryption, restricting the number of persons with access to personal data, organizing the recording and storage of data media, and using antivirus and data recovery tools. A person responsible for organizing the processing of personal data has been appointed.

10. Rights of the Data Subject

In accordance with Article 14 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data, the user has the right to:

• obtain information about the Operator's processing of their personal data;
• demand that their personal data be corrected, blocked, or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• appeal the actions or inaction of the Operator to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or in court.

Requests should be sent to sales@rossambo.ru. The Operator will review the request within the period established by law.

11. Changes to the Policy

The Operator has the right to amend this Policy. The current version is always available at ros-sambo.ru/politika-konfidencialnosti. The date of the latest revision is indicated at the beginning of the document.
