Consent to Personal Data Processing

By checking the box "I consent to the processing of personal data" and submitting a form on ros-sambo.ru, I give my consent to Russambo LLC (INN 7329022201, 8a Dimitrova Ave., office 108, Dimitrovgrad, Ulyanovsk Region; registration number in the Register of Personal Data Operators 73-22-004755; hereinafter the "Operator") to process my personal data under the terms set out below.

Purposes of processing

• Processing and fulfillment of orders and requests placed on the website
• Contacting me to clarify order details and to prepare and send a commercial quote
• Delivery of goods, invoicing and accounting operations
• Notifications about order status
• Promotion of the Operator's goods, works and services on the market

Data covered by this consent

• Full name (surname, first name, patronymic)
• Phone number, email
• Organization name, INN (Russian taxpayer ID)
• Delivery address and region
• Content of the comment / request

List of actions with personal data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to courier services and payment system operators, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out by mixed means, both with and without the use of automation tools.

Processing on behalf of the Operator

I agree that, in order to store and process requests, the Operator entrusts the processing of my personal data to the Bitrix24 service (Bitrix24 LLC, Russian Federation), which is obliged to maintain confidentiality and comply with the requirements of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data. Personal data is processed and stored in the territory of the Russian Federation; no cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out.

Term of consent

This consent is valid for 5 (five) years from the date it is given. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written notice to sales@rossambo.ru. After consent is withdrawn, processing stops and the personal data must be destroyed, unless there are other lawful grounds for processing it.
