What are the production lead times?
The typical production time is up to 30 working days. Many orders ship within 5–10 working days. We confirm the exact lead time for your specification in the commercial proposal.
What are the delivery times within Russia?
On average 2–7 days across Russia; remote regions are handled individually. We deliver throughout Russia and for export. We work with carriers under direct contracts, and cargo travels without transshipment.
How does payment work?
Bank transfer against an invoice. We work with VAT — prices in the price list include VAT. Payment terms are set out in the supply contract.
Do you handle procurement under 44-FZ / 223-FZ?
Yes, we take part in public and corporate procurement. On request, we will prepare documents for a tender bid: commercial proposal, certificates, technical descriptions.
What warranty do you provide?
12 months on equipment from the date of delivery. Lifetime warranty on the welded seams of wrestling mat covers and on manufacturing-related delamination of mat layers.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes, up to 10% of the order value. The price list has three price tiers: the larger the batch or the total for a product group, the lower the unit price. The exact calculation is given in a personal commercial proposal.
Do you provide installation?
Yes. Two formats: installation by our team, and supervised installation, where our specialist directs assembly carried out by the customer's staff. The cost depends on the scope and region and is calculated in the commercial proposal.
Can you apply a logo?
Yes, we apply logos of federations, schools and sponsors to wrestling mats and wall padding, based on your artwork. The cost depends on the size and complexity of the artwork.
Do you make custom sizes and colors?
Yes, this is our specialty: custom sizes and colors of mats, kurash and sumo mats, and covers with branded graphics for your gym.
