Our own production in Dimitrovgrad lets us make mat covers to non-standard requirements: the size of your gym, brand colors, graphics based on your artwork.
What we develop to order
- Mats of non-standard sizes — made to the actual dimensions of the gym, including cutouts around columns and complex geometry
- Custom cover colors — matching the branding of a club, federation or sponsor
- Kurash and sumo mats — covers for national and traditional types of wrestling
- Covers with branded graphics and logos — markings, federation emblems, sponsor logos on the working surface of the mat
- Wall padding for a specific gym — taking into account the height and layout of the walls

- Request describing the task — a hand-drawn sketch or a photo of the gym will do
- Technical documentation: layout, materials specification
- Calculation of cost and production time
- Personal commercial proposal
- Supply contract → production → delivery, with installation if required
Lead time and cost
Standard orders are produced within 30 working days, and many ship within 5–10 working days. The lead time and cost of a custom project depend on its complexity — we will confirm them in the commercial proposal.
