How delivery is organized

Direct contracts
We work with a base of vetted carriers under direct contracts with vehicle owners, with no intermediaries.
No reloading
Cargo is shipped without intermediate reloading. Cargo insurance can be arranged if needed.
2–7 days within Russia
Delivery takes two to seven days on average, depending on the region and type of transport. Remote regions are handled individually.
Order production takes up to 30 business days; many orders ship within 5–10 business days.
Delivery cost
The cost depends on the city, weight, volume and chosen carrier. We will calculate the exact cost for your order; your manager will send the calculation together with the quote.
For remote locations, delivery times and costs are calculated individually.
Worldwide delivery
We arrange delivery to any country. For export shipments, international carriers are engaged to build the entire logistics chain, from Dimitrovgrad to your site.
We currently export to over 30 countries.

12 months on equipment, plus a lifetime warranty on the welded seams of wrestling mat covers and on manufacturing-related layer delamination

Returns
We supply equipment to businesses: returns and replacements are governed by the supply contract and the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. For warranty claims, contact your manager and we will resolve the issue directly with production.
